PIXXOR cartridge model CE285A / CF283A cannot be loaded into the printer.
Cause : 
The toner cartridge cover is broken.
How to solve : Pull out the cartridge cover or replace the new cartridge.

Remove the backlog in the job queue system.
In the case of order printing and document is not print out or it may be due to various reasons that the document is stuck in the print order queue, the steps are as follows:
1. Go to Control Panel
2.Hardware and Sound or Devices and Printers
3. "Right click" on the printer you want to delete the job, select See what's printing.
4.Printer
5.Cannel All Documents

Print supply status from the printer control panel.
On the printer control panel, press and hold the Cancel botton X for 10 seconds, and then release.
